Relaxtion

 
Hello everyone welcome to Leena creating wellness blog!!
I never done this before, bloging is a whole new world to me. I’m very open to it can I hope I will learn alot about this class and also myself from bloging.


I tried the relation technique right before I went to work. I know I did this a little back wards but I most stressful part of my day is in the morning. I have to commute a long way to work each day and sometimes I really stress me out. I tried a new approach if I start my day off is a good positive way, the rest of my day with follow for the most part in the same way. It worked well for me and I was so claim driving to work and I came to work in a happy mood. I will try to make an effort to do more excises like this one though out my day so I can be a more claim person.


My journey to relaxation has been a long and hard road.  A couple of years ago I found my self to be so stressed out all the time and I could never figure out how to solve this problem.  Weighting my options I decided to take a stress relation class. From this class I learn a lot of techniques to learn how to control my stress. One technique I still use today is mediation. When I first started mediating, I could not do it to save my life. I was not until I stared doing yoga that I really started mastering this technique. Once I mastered this it open I door for me that I never could imagine, this was very life changing for me a many ways. I started looking at nature in a whole different way and started hiking. Once I started to hike I found that relaxation for me came easy.  I notice that when I hike, I became one with nature and can sort out all my thoughts in a healthy and be able to fully mediate. Once I stared doing this on a regular bases, It changed my life for the better. From this process I have learned that your can’t control or be worried about everything in life because I will turn you in a person one day you will not recognize. It took me almost 6 years to learn how to manage my stress and from this my body has felt better then I has I a long time. I don’t feel so brother with negative thoughts about everything all the time. From this journey I have found myself again and also realized it is my goal to help people heal with integral health. When I first stared this journey I could have never imagine where it would take me.

  1. Hi Leena, great blog. I kind of had it like you. I was never at a point where I felt so incredibally stressed out. But, as my workload increased, I did decide that I needed to do more things for myself, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I agree that Yoga can help you with that. I have been doing yoga faithfully once a week now for a year. Also, my fiance' introduced me to hiking and mountain bike riding. I also agree with you...something about being outside, the sounds of nature, and taking in the views that can be relaxing. :)
